Keeping Busy

Well, I've put on over 6k miles on my little roll-ah since I've moved out to Flagstaff, Az. That's really a lot of driving! And what have I seen? Well mostly the back of semi-trucks and a dashed line on the left and a solid line on the right. But it has been worthwile, I've had a lot of fun experiences over the past month including:
  • Going to Sam Holeman's (www.samholeman.com) Bachelor Party in Las Vegas via a Cessna 182 by way of San Diego.
  • Staying with Mr and Mrs Gary Michelson and coaching him through his CFII rating.
  • Making Mr. CFI Gary Michelson sweat with challenging slow flight, climbing and descending constant airspeed steep turns "under the hood."
  • Shopping wisely with Jamie at the Dollar Tree dollar store and getting most of my Christmas shopping done with cool cheap gifts.
  • Learning all sorts of fun OSHA rules and contractor's insurance stuff while working for Dan Poppe.
  • Soloing my flight student Dan Poppe.
  • Surviving Josette Poppe's landings multiple times and seeing improvement in her landings.
  • One random trip to Prescott, AZ to go "clubbin" on whiskey row for the first time... (ok, so I tried some line dancing)
  • Visiting Krystle's parents and brat siblings AKA in-outlaws in Goodyear.
  • Flying with my good friend Andy Hendrickson to Chino Ca in his Cessna 206 (300 HP of fun) and making him sweat with a partial panel LOC approach with only one nav head to use.
  • And researching perspecitive participants in my upcoming website www.naugirlsgonewild.com in the sorority dorms out here.
For work I have been mostly working on websites such as www.aerospacemuseum.org, www.cdentertainmentsd.com, www.pilotken.com, www.samholeman.com, www.cfivince.com, www.datelcontractors.com, www.mikeandkev.com. It's good work since I get to do it all from home.

Krystle got a new haircut, it's short and hot! :)
