Devin Brown

On my way to work everyday I pass a shrine to Devin Brown, a no good 13 year-old kid who attended to Western Elementary School. This kid stole a Toyota Camry, and a LAPD officer tried pulling him over in the early morning hours (around 2am) because he was swerving. This officer thought the driver was drunk and attempted to pull him over. The kid took off and caused a high speed chase then nailed a curb on 83rd St and Western. He attempted to back up, and the officer shot at the driver of the car 10 times. The officer did not know the driver was 13 years old, he was just shooting at a car that was backing into him. The local community is pissed off about this theif getting whacked. The sign in this picture says "Stop jailing and killing our sons." I want to post one that says, "Stop stealing our Toyotas!"
