Day of the Kings

Ben & David Cartwright, Bill Jackson, Walter S. and I drove down to Tecate Mexico to drop off an entire F-150 Ford Truckload of toys to an orphanage just on the other side of the border for the day of the kings. The day of the kings is Jan 5th and is the day that presents are exchanged in Mexico & many other countries to celebrate the day that the three kings presented presents to the baby Jesus. Above is Ben Cartwright at his finest at the Bar Diana, Headquarters of Los Cinco Loco Gringos. Dropping off goods to help the needy is a weekly occurrence for Ben and the gang. To say the least we had a real good time and helped a lot of needy children have a merry Christmas. The Bar Diana provided half of the funds for the toys & coordinated the border crossing the remaining funds came from various people north of the border, Bill Jackson played Santa and purchased all the toys and the rest of us helped load and offload the truck.
