Krystle and I have had a busy and wonderful summer flying around Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming and Utah. We covered lots of ground and have got to see dozens of cool places.
Some of the highlights of our trip this summer have been
* Nampa, ID - and the Air Museum based on field.
* Boise, ID - Floating down the Boise River on a Kayak
* Joseph State, Or - A quaint town with lots of charm
* Walla Walla, WA - Great Airport Restaurant
* The Sawtooth Mountains ID - Beautiful Hiking
* Stanley ID - A quaint small town
* Sun Valley, ID - Good Coffee and famous ski resort
* Weiser, ID - The oldtime fiddlers contest bluegrass music.
* Ogden, UT - Skydiving & Harry Potter Movie Premiere
* Coalville, UT - Fishin' echo lake with Kenny
* Salt Lake City, UT - Walking around downtown
But it wasn't all fun and travel, we really did work our butts off and it is good to be back home in the "normal" routine of things. Eating out everyday really does get old, but not having to do dishes never gets old.... Krystle is back to teaching and is loving her new class. Things are much easier this year since she has five less kids than last year.
I have been still flying around a little bit out of town. Last weekend I spent flying in El Paso, Tx and Albuquerque, NM. I had a great visit while in Albuquerque with an ol' friend of mine, Alex, from ERAU. We got to explore the old town part of ABQ.
I have been posting lots of pictures on my
Flickr account, Be certain to check that out on a regular basis.
